How do I return an item?
What is ScrubsRX.com's return policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days with the following necessary exceptions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise in
the original packaging and original unused condition. Laundered items
or items missing manufacturer tags cannot be returned. Please be sure
the UPC tags are attached to the returned items.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the returns department
(usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and
a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original
method of payment within 7 days. Please note the depending on your
credit card company; it may take an additional 2-10 business days after
you credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you’re not satisfied with some of the
items you ordered, we want to make your return as easy as possible.
Repackage the returns in the original shipping container if it’s still
handy, and ship the items to:

Please include a copy of the original
packing slip or enclose a note with your order number and name, to help
us process your return more quickly. The original cost of returned items will be
refunded to your original payment instrument (credit card, paypal, etc.)
as soon as possible.
Although the customer is responsible for
return shipping cost, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement
item. Because of shipping times, it may expedite the process if you
request a refund on the existing product and place a new order online
rather than requesting an exchange.
****Refund Summary: Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date • -must not be a special order or a custom order • . If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
Items that are defective and shipped to you, or items that you did not order but received from us, automatically qualify for store credit, a cash refund, or an exchange should you desire to opt for an exchange.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you must contact us within 30 calendar days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise if seller is not at fault. Shipping charges on returned packages must be prepaid. Please allow 4 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse. You will not incur a shipping charge to have your new item(s) re-sent.
